Batesville
Located in the middle of Panola County, Batesville is a vital business community hub for the region with a diverse retail, industrial, and distribution economy. The economy has everything from small locally owned retail businesses to the major big box operations.

Transportation to major markets is facilitated by the proximity of Memphis, Tennessee, which has a major port, international airport, and many trucking companies. I-55 runs through Batesville, making it only 60 minutes to get to Memphis.

Como is situated in the northwest part of the state between I-55 and US-51 where these highways intersect with Highway 310. It is approximately 40 miles northwest of Oxford, MS, 17 miles north of Batesville, MS and 49 miles south of Memphis, TN.
Como offers a small town ambience with strong artisan retail and restaurant base. The downtown commercial area features excellent, thriving restaurants, small shops, and historical homes, with rail service and close proximity to Memphis International Airport.
Como’s closeness to Sardis Lake, Arkabutla Lake, and Enid Lake also make it appealing to vacation and sports enthusiasts. It has a rich blues heritage and provides opportunities for participation in the arts through the Como Opera Guild and Northwest Community College’s Theater. Como is home to three MS Blues Trail Markers and one MS Literary Trail Marker.
Como also has three restaurants on Main Street, two shops, library, small service station, bank, lawyers’ and insurance offices, and several individual businesses, as well as a fire station, city hall and police station.
The population of Como is 1,400 (2014, ESRI) with a projected increase of 109 individuals by 2019.

Sardis
Sardis offers a small town ambience, retail and residential base and a beautiful downtown commercial area. It is home to many architectural landmarks, including dozens of homes and churches designed by noted architect Andrew Johnson. Sardis is home to the historic Panola Playhouse, which puts on several productions each year.
Sardis offers the advantage of being just a short distance from the major population center of Memphis TN, at the intersection of US Interstate 55 and Mississippi Highway 315. That, along with skilled people, top notch four-lane highway access and available industrial property, makes Sardis a great place to do business.
